Responsibilities
- Assess and direct incoming leads through self-service and inside sales channels
- Interact with potential customers using phone, email, live chat, and internal platforms such as Slack and Salesforce
- Schedule and ensure follow-through on product demos as a key performance metric
Requirements
- Clear and confident communication abilities, with strong written and verbal presentation skills across email, phone, video calls, and in-person settings
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with modern sales and support tools including CRMs, health scoring systems, live chat platforms, and knowledge bases
- Experience facilitating customer meetings remotely via Zoom or Teams, or in person
- Patience and adaptability when working with users who may not be technically proficient
