Responsibilities
- Create intelligent and scalable automation systems for go-to-market operations.
- Drive AI-centric programs in lead generation, development, scoring, and oversight.
- Develop AI-powered tools such as predictive lead scoring, intent-driven segmentation, and assistant tools for sales and customer success featuring smart summaries, call insights, and automated follow-up sequences.
- Ensure seamless integration and ongoing maintenance of automation across key go-to-market platforms.
- Develop prototypes for AI workflows and autonomous agents using low-code tools and API connections.
- Work closely with data specialists to align AI applications with go-to-market data infrastructure.
- Conduct controlled experiments and A/B testing to evaluate improvements in conversion funnel efficiency and team productivity.
- Automate repetitive manual tasks using dependable AI-enhanced processes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Data Engineering units to support smooth implementation and adoption.
