Responsibilities
- Own performance and drive growth through websites
- Own and deliver web KPIs, especially form submissions (MALs and MQLs).
- Identify structural and UX opportunities.
- Plan and execute CRO initiatives.
- Plan and execute A/B tests.
- Optimize and create landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Handle web QAs to ensure high-quality, fast, and bug-free releases.
- Translate data into action
- Analyze performance using tools such as GA4 and GSC.
- Partner with the Web Analyst to turn insights into an optimization roadmap.
- Transform insights and roadmap initiatives into measurable performance improvements.
- Lead cross-functional web projects end-to-end
- Manage website initiatives from ideation and prioritization to launch and post-launch backlog.
- Create clear project plans, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate closely with Marketing, Web Developers, Web Designers, and the Web Analyst.
- Balance multiple parallel initiatives across markets.
- Ensure delivery is aligned with business goals, deadlines, and growth targets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in web management, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of CRO and lead generation.
- Experience with website analytics tools (GA4, VWO, Hotjar, etc.).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably HubSpot.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English.
