MAN Truck & Bus Vertrieb Österreich GesmbH invites you to join its Global Trainee Academy & Talent program. As a trainee, you will work closely with a mentor to design your individual 15-month journey, gaining deep insights into various areas of MAN Truck & Bus and the broader TRATON Group. Your focus will be on Human Resources topics, where you'll contribute directly to initiatives that make MAN ready for the future.
What You'll Do
- Gain comprehensive insights into various business areas of MAN Truck & Bus and the TRATON Group during a structured 15-month trainee program.
- Contribute to future-focused projects in areas like Learning & Development, digitalization, and the application of AI.
- Develop concepts to guide employees along their individual development paths and help identify tomorrow’s talents.
- Support the Culture & Employer Branding team in successfully implementing corporate values and guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- An excellent, completed Master's or Diploma degree in Psychology, Business, Pedagogics, or a comparable field.
- Fluent professional language skills in both German and English.
Nice to Have
- A (study) focus on People & Culture / Human Resources, Learning & Development, AI, or a related field.
- Practical experience through industrial internships or working student activities, preferably in People & Culture / HR or Learning & Development.
- Strengthened intercultural competence gained through at least 3 months of experience abroad.
- An independent, creative, and committed way of working.
- High motivation and a willingness to learn as a team player in an international environment.
- Enthusiasm for innovations and future trends in the commercial vehicle industry.
