OpenTable is hiring a Global Mobility and Immigration Partner

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of global mobility programs.
  • Provide guidance on immigration policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and legal counsel for immigration services.
  • Manage visa and work permit applications for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist with tax equalization and other financial aspects of mobility.
  • Support employees and their families during relocation processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all mobility cases.
  • Develop and deliver training on immigration and mobility topics.
  • Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies worldwide.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline mobility processes.
  • Provide regular reports on mobility program performance and metrics.
  • Handle complex immigration cases and escalations.
  • Ensure cost-effective management of mobility programs.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in mobility.
  • Conduct regular audits of mobility processes and documentation.
  • Provide support for emergency situations related to mobility.
  • Develop and implement policies to enhance employee experience during relocation.
  • Liaise with global teams to ensure consistent mobility practices.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions for employees moving between countries.
  • Provide updates on visa and immigration status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely processing of all mobility-related paperwork.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires relocating internationally.
