About the Role

PERGOLUX is looking for a Global Controller to support financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic projects for our fast-growing international e-commerce company in the Home & Garden sector. You'll join a dynamic environment passionate about numbers and innovation.

What You'll Do

  • Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Perform variance analysis, KPI reporting, and ad-hoc evaluations.
  • Maintain and improve existing controlling processes and tools.
  • Assist with liquidity planning and cash flow forecasting.
  • Contribute to projects that drive the group’s strategic direction and the continuous optimization of business processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Accounting, Finance, and especially Management, ensuring alignment on financial insights and strategic decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Controlling – alternatively, completed further training in accounting or controlling.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in controlling or finance.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Very good English skills (C1).
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a high level of initiative.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with BI tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HGB or IFRS.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools.
  • German skills are a plus.
