Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the B2C supplement portfolio
- Identify, open, and grow key B2C sales channels: E-commerce (Amazon, online pharmacies, marketplaces)
- Identify, open, and grow key B2C sales channels: Retail & drugstores (DM, Rossmann, Müller)
- Identify, open, and grow key B2C sales channels: Pharmacies (Apothekenverbünde, wholesalers)
- Identify, open, and grow key B2C sales channels: DTC partnerships and digital brands
- Build relationships with distributors, retail buyers, and category managers
- Drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious sales targets
- Negotiate listings, pricing, promotions, and trade terms
- Develop annual business plans for key accounts
- Support product positioning, packaging, and marketing strategy for the German market
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute campaigns, influencer collaborations, and digital activations
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Work closely with R&D, regulatory, supply chain, and product management teams
- Provide market feedback for product development and portfolio expansion
- Ensure compliance with German and EU supplement regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the B2B dietary supplements sector
- Commercial background in sales and marketing, ideally with proven success in business development
- Strong network in pharmacies, drugstores, online retail, or Amazon marketplace
- Scientific degree, ideally in food technology, biochemistry, chemistry, pharmacy, biology, or a comparable field
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a business from the ground up
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Comfortable working from office home office with regular travel
Nice to Have
- Experience launching or scaling supplement brands in Germany is a strong advantage
