SIXT is hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Agent SIXT Ride (m/f/d) to deliver exceptional customer care. In this remote role based in Spain, you will act as the vital link between customers and chauffeurs, providing support via phone, email, chat, and social media in both German and English to ensure high-quality service and safe transportation.
What You'll Do
- Act as the interface between customers, chauffeurs, and the support team.
- Ensure high-quality standards are met and that every customer is safely transported from point A to B.
- Monitor driver punctuality worldwide using custom-developed tools and organize alternatives if necessary.
- Make sure each booked transfer is assigned to the appropriate driver.
- Ensure that drivers and customers find each other at various locations, even when chaotic.
- Take care of every customer.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in both German and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing or service-oriented role.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and confidence in working with digital systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
