Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to support telecommunications clients from Greece. You'll be the first point of contact, providing high-quality assistance via phone, email, and chat for all customer inquiries.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding telecommunications products and services.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, service issues, and technical support for their telecommunications setups.
- Guide customers through upgrading services, troubleshooting problems, and understanding their accounts.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and industry offerings to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions clearly to assist in service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer issues with discretion and empathy.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A passion for technology and eagerness to learn about telecommunications products and services.
