Patrique Mercier Recruitment by Nellie is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service professional to deliver high-quality support to clients in the real estate industry. You will be the primary contact for German-speaking clients, handling their inquiries, assisting with property searches, and fostering lasting relationships in a fully remote role based in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients regarding real estate inquiries, services, and properties.
- Assist clients with property searches, schedule visits, and explain local real estate market trends.
- Handle inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfactory resolution and a positive customer experience.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of company listings and services to effectively assist clients.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication between clients and agents.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and encourage referrals.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client concerns professionally.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented approach with exceptional organizational skills.
