Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a German Speaking Customer Service Representative for a leading cloud services provider. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for German-speaking clients, providing exceptional support and helping them navigate our cloud solutions. You'll relocate to Greece to join a dynamic team.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding cloud services, products, and support via phone, email, and live chat in German.
- Assist customers with account setup, service troubleshooting, and feature usage.
- Provide information on cloud solutions tailored to customer needs and business requirements.
- Document customer interactions accurately and assist in maintaining service records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and ensure effective service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cloud technology to provide knowledgeable support.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
- Ability to multitask and manage various customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer service tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

- Previous experience in the technology or cloud services sector.
