Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a German-speaking Customer Representative to provide exceptional customer support to our German-speaking clients. This is a remote position based in Greece, and includes a fully paid relocation package.
What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed with professionalism and care.
- Utilize multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to assist customers effectively.
- Become familiar with our systems to ensure high-quality and efficient service.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
