Leapsome is hiring a German-speaking Customer Onboarding Manager (d/f/m)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the technical implementation process for new clients across both People Enablement and HRIS platforms
  • Oversee project timelines for multiple customer onboarding projects concurrently
  • Work closely with client teams to adapt platform settings to their specific operational needs
  • Diagnose and resolve configuration challenges, escalating to Product and Support teams when necessary
  • Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure aligned customer outcomes
  • Develop scalable onboarding resources such as instructional guides, video tutorials, and templates
  • Use artificial intelligence tools to customize training content and increase operational efficiency
  • Ensure a seamless handover to the Customer Success team upon onboarding completion
