Responsibilities
- Manage the technical implementation process for new clients across both People Enablement and HRIS platforms
- Oversee project timelines for multiple customer onboarding projects concurrently
- Work closely with client teams to adapt platform settings to their specific operational needs
- Diagnose and resolve configuration challenges, escalating to Product and Support teams when necessary
- Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure aligned customer outcomes
- Develop scalable onboarding resources such as instructional guides, video tutorials, and templates
- Use artificial intelligence tools to customize training content and increase operational efficiency
- Ensure a seamless handover to the Customer Success team upon onboarding completion
