About the Role
Lead and grow our hospitality sales territory in Düsseldorf by building strong customer relationships, developing tailored strategies, and representing premium beverage brands with passion. Drive growth through data analysis, trend recognition, and creative sales execution while being supported by comprehensive benefits and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Manage and further develop existing customer relationships in the assigned sales region through partnership-oriented collaboration
- Design and implement customized concepts and sustainable sales strategies
- Acquire new customers in the hospitality, hotel, event, and beverage wholesale sectors
- Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Enthusiastically represent the brands Krombacher, Schweppes, Starnberger, Vöslauer, Proviant, Richard’s SUN Iced Tea, and Orangina
- Record all sales activities accurately in the CRM system
- Analyze market and customer data to inform business decisions
- Derive actionable measures to drive growth and achieve sales success
- Identify market trends and develop innovative sales approaches
- Independently and passionately implement sales strategies
Requirements
- Completed commercial, gastronomy-related training or degree in sales, marketing, or business administration
- Professional experience in field sales or in the hospitality and hotel industry
- Strong communication skills with confident negotiation abilities and a convincing presence
- Ability to think strategically
- Flexibility in work schedule and approach
- Strong hands-on mentality with a proactive attitude
Nice to Have
- Experience in the beverage or FMCG sector
- Established network within the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with popular restaurants, bars, cafés, clubs, and hotels in the greater Düsseldorf area
