What You'll Do
Lead client engagements in the implementation of Workday’s cloud solutions, focusing on US Payroll functionality. Translate business requirements into effective system configurations and lead testing efforts to ensure accuracy and compliance. Provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle, working directly with clients to support adoption and smooth deployment of payroll and related modules.
Collaborate with cross-regional teams to maintain consistent, high-quality delivery. Help shape solutions that align with client goals while leveraging best practices in payroll, time tracking, absence, or scheduling processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of hands-on functional experience in US Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, or Scheduling.
- At least three years of consulting experience, either with a services firm or as an internal consultant.
- Proven track record implementing or supporting enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or Ultimate.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent implementations.
