About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services for membership management
- Develop frontend features that enhance user subscription experiences
- Collaborate with product teams to define membership functionality
- Maintain and scale existing membership APIs
- Ensure secure handling of user authentication and access controls
- Improve system reliability through automated testing
- Monitor performance metrics and troubleshoot issues
- Work with data teams to support billing and subscription analytics
- Integrate third-party payment and identity providers
- Optimize user onboarding flows for new members
- Support compliance with privacy and data protection standards
- Refactor legacy code to improve maintainability
- Participate in code reviews and technical planning
- Document system architecture and key workflows
- Respond to incidents related to membership services
- Contribute to deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate on feature flagging and A/B testing strategies
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Assist with API versioning and deprecation processes
- Help define engineering best practices for the team
