LVT is building AI-powered platforms for transformative applications in education. We're looking for a Fullstack Engineer who thrives on owning significant parts of the system end-to-end: from intuitive user interfaces to robust backend services, data infrastructure, and deep AI integrations.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain fullstack features, including user dashboards, personalized experiences, content delivery, interactive tools, assessments, and real-time analytics.
- Develop backend services, APIs, and data models to support high-volume, multi-user environments.
- Integrate AI capabilities like tutoring, content generation, and personalization deeply into the platform.
- Design and implement database schemas and queries for tracking progress, engagement, and reporting.
- Collaborate on integrations with external systems and data sources to enable comprehensive workflows.
- Ensure the platform is performant, secure, reliable, and scalable for broad deployment.
- Work closely with product, design, AI, and domain experts to iterate rapidly based on user feedback and outcome data.
What We're Looking For
- An experienced fullstack engineer comfortable owning features across the entire stack.
- A strong generalist who can fluidly move between UI/UX implementation, API design, data modeling, and systems architecture.
- Proficient in modern web technologies like TypeScript, React, Next.js on the frontend and Python, FastAPI or similar on the backend.
- Solid experience with relational databases and designing schemas for complex domains.
- A good eye for UX design and strong attention to detail.
- Passionate about building products that create real-world impact.
- Excited to work in a fast-moving, high-impact environment with significant ownership.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to the customer site in El Salvador and/or work onsite as required by project needs.
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
