Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service that surpasses expectations and fosters lasting relationships using a standardized service approach.
- Offer knowledgeable product recommendations related to cannabis, covering therapeutic objectives, effects, strength, dosage, and usage methods.
- Assist in onboarding new patients by processing and managing required documentation and records.
- Process customer orders and transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Keep detailed and compliant records of all customer interactions and activities according to state, local, and federal guidelines.
- Protect the confidentiality of patient data in accordance with HIPAA standards.
- Address customer concerns effectively and professionally to support brand loyalty and positive long-term engagement.
- Ensure the store remains clean and organized on a daily basis.

- Required to stand for extended durations during work hours.
- Capable of assisting with moving inventory and supplies.
