Backpack Healthcare is seeking a full-time licensed mental health therapist to provide remote therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults in Georgia. This role offers a mission-driven opportunity to deliver evidence-based care within a supportive, interdisciplinary team while building a long-term career in behavioral health.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth
- Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments
- Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans
- Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and peer clinicians
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
- Support families with education and care coordination
What We're Looking For
- Active Georgia license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Passion for serving children, teens, and young adults
Nice to Have
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
- Weekend availability a plus

Compensation: $65 per billable hour — LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT (independently licensed); $45 per billable hour — LMSW, LGPC (requires supervision; limited openings available). Target caseload: 25–36 sessions per week; Consistent scheduling and strong referral flow help you maintain reliable income!
Work Mode
Full-Time | Remote within Georgia | Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PM–9 PM | Weekend availability a plus!
