Schaeffler, a dynamic global technology company with a long family business history, seeks a Full-Stack Software Developer. In this role, you will focus on designing and developing large-scale, high-concurrency applications and implementing customer-facing data visualization services.

What You'll Do

Design and develop large-scale high-concurrency applications.
Provide software engineering best practices for the entire software development lifecycle.
Design highly scalable application-side development frameworks.
Translate business requirements into software design.
Implement customer-facing data visualization services.
Research web interaction technologies and contemplate innovative digital service designs.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
6+ years of software development and international environment work experience.
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Practical experience across the full stack, from front-end UI to back-end systems.
Proficiency in Java programming with practical work experience.
Familiarity with JVM, IO, and multi-threading principles.
Familiarity with open-source frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and MyBatis.
Work experience with front-end React, Vue, or Angular projects for desktop and mobile.
Experience with Node.js and related tools.
Familiarity with HTML5, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP protocol.
Familiarity with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Postgres DB.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, and ES.
Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Linux, Shell, Docker, and Podman.
Experience with agile development and familiarity with Scrum processes.
A strong interest in developing software for the manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
