Vesynta is seeking a Full Stack Mid/Senior Engineer to build and scale the core clinical platform for our HealthTech start-up. You will take ideas from concept to reality, leading feature development across our Next.js frontend and Django backend with significant influence on architecture and technical direction.
What You'll Do
- Take ideas from concept to reality, leading feature development across Next.js frontend and Django backend with end-to-end ownership.
- Architect and build critical APIs that form the engine of the platform, handling complex dosing models and secure integrations with hospital EHR systems.
- Craft the intuitive, responsive user interface that clinicians rely on to make critical, time-sensitive decisions.
- Shape the architecture, help choose tools, define the roadmap, and make key decisions that enable scaling.
- Elevate the team by mentoring others, championing best practices, and helping build a world-class engineering culture.
What We're Looking For
- Deep experience in Python with Django / Django REST Framework.
- Professional experience building modern UIs with React and Next.js, ideally using TypeScript.
- Proven experience deploying production applications to a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
Nice to Have
- Experience using Terraform or Kubernetes to manage infrastructure.
- Experience working with healthcare standards like HL7 SMART-on-FHIR or platforms like Epic/Cerner.
- Experience building and scaling SaaS products, especially in a regulated domain like healthcare.
