PLACED Technologies GmbH is hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer (m/w/d) to take our live MVP AI SaaS product to the next level before its V1 launch. You will work directly on real features for real users, with a focus on developing our AI-powered matching system and building a scalable, maintainable architecture.
What You'll Do
- Develop the AI-powered matching system, including APIs, data logic, and backend pipelines.
- Contribute to a scalable, maintainable architecture that supports fast iteration.
- Work closely with product and founders to ship features with immediate customer feedback.
- Prototype new agentic workflows using AI and automation tools.
- Take ownership of specific parts of the system, from data ingestion to external integrations.
- Collaborate with a small but growing dev team, mentor junior developers, and help define best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally backend-heavy or fullstack.
- You've built, shipped, and maintained production-grade systems.
- Strong understanding of data structures, APIs, and scalable architectures.
- You enjoy working closely with product and care about the 'why' behind the 'what'.
- You thrive in fast-moving environments and take full ownership of your work.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LLMs, vector databases, or recruitment/CRM tools.
