Responsibilities
- Create and maintain scalable full stack applications using Python and modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Develop responsive user interface components and connect frontend layers with REST APIs and microservices
- Build secure and scalable backend services and cloud-native solutions on AWS, leveraging EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and related services
- Support integrations with Amazon Connect and contact center systems, including SIP protocols and call flow management
- Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Apply Infrastructure as Code principles with tools like Terraform for automated provisioning
- Set up monitoring, logging, and observability using CloudWatch, Splunk, and similar platforms
- Enhance performance, scalability, reliability, and security across both frontend and backend systems
