Deel is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join the Nextgen platform team. You will build enterprise-level applications using Vue.js and .NET technologies, participating in the full software development lifecycle from discovery to deployment. This role involves learning Vue.js on the job as part of a cross-functional team.

What You'll Do

Participate in product planning from discovery to deployment.
Collaborate with Frontend, Back-End, Full-Stack Engineers, Product Teams, Designers, and QA to develop robust new features and APIs.
Continuously improve industry-leading products and find and fix bugs at speed.
Ensure customers receive a white-glove experience with the products.
Keep Information Security, Customer Excellence, Self-Development, and Cost Savings top of mind.
Learn and be adaptable to new ways of working, including learning Vue.js.
Design, code, test, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Microsoft technologies.
Take ownership of projects and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
Communicate complex ideas with diverse teams of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Solve customer problems with a business-focused approach to software development.

What We're Looking For

Expert knowledge of the latest versions of C#/.NET, .NET Core and Entity Framework.
Expert at applying SOLID Principles.
Expert knowledge of MS-SQL.
Firm understanding of Azure DevOps (or ability to learn similar quickly).
Ability to create RESTful APIs with ease.
Willingness to learn Vue.js at a production level.
At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote-first work culture.
Ability to embrace independence and take ownership of projects.
Ability to communicate complex ideas with ease and collaborate with diverse teams.
Passion for solving customer problems.

Nice to Have

Experience working with Vue.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience working with memory caching tools like Redis.
