Agent is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build a modern property management software platform. You'll join a small, fast-moving team and work closely with the CTO on a wide variety of technical challenges, from feature development to API integrations, and have a direct impact on the platform's evolution.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the CTO to design, build, maintain, and debug features across the platform.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party APIs and services.
- Contribute to both frontend and backend development.
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability as the product grows.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
- Work in a small, agile team where you'll take ownership of projects end-to-end and drive decisions with long-term impacts.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of full stack engineering experience, ideally in SaaS or startup environments.
- Strong skills in TypeScript, React Native, Flutter, and Node.js.
- Experience working with APIs and integrations (payment processors, financial systems, CRMs, etc.).
- Previous exposure to small teams/startups where you've worn multiple hats.
- Solid understanding of databases, performance optimization, and security considerations.
- A proactive and strategic, ownership-driven mindset — comfortable shipping independently and collaborating closely to build with scalability, adaptability, and maintainability in mind.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with real estate, property management, or financial software.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
- UI/UX awareness and ability.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: USD $3500 - 4000 per month.
