Responsibilities
- Create new features and make improvements anywhere in the Roboflow product.
- Support and improve the enterprise Jetson inference pipeline.
- Form close relationships with Enterprise customers to deeply understand their needs and advance their success with Roboflow.
- Frequently travel on-site with customers, including factory tours.
- Partner with the Field Engineering team to understand and expand customer partnerships and improve efficiency in data collection and insights delivery.
- Work on core product features including image ingestion, annotation, training, and deployment.
- Occasionally integrate marketing and sales tools, fight fires, automate internal processes, and contribute to open source projects.
- Advocate for project priorities that increase engagement and success of enterprise customers.
Requirements
- Technical generalist comfortable diving into new stacks or toolchains.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js.
- Solid foundation in Linux.
- Excitement to learn new skill sets as needed.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python, especially in machine learning and image processing.
- Familiarity with Firebase, GCS, AWS.
- Experience with Docker, especially for edge inference servers.
