Optum Tech, part of UnitedHealth Group, is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and integrate systems that improve healthcare services. You will work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to deliver impactful solutions.
What You'll Do
- Build and integrate systems to enhance healthcare services and operations.
- Design and implement robust APIs and services.
- Apply DevOps practices including CI/CD and deployment automation.
- Collaborate effectively within a team to deliver results within deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience with Python programming and frameworks like Pandas.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
- Solid understanding of API design principles and experience integrating third-party APIs.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD, Git, and deployment automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
