Shae Group is seeking a Full Stack Digital Marketing & In-person Events Coordinator for Magic University. In this role, you will own day-to-day communications, events, course productization, social growth, CRM automations, ambassador programs, and AI-assisted video production. You will work closely with our Master Healer to turn voice-note ideas into reality—pages, videos, assets, and launches.
What You'll Do
- Handle 1:1 student communications, reminders, resource sharing, and call scheduling via Magic Genie (FB Messenger); log everything in the CRM.
- Manage venue sourcing, negotiation, and coordination of chefs, AV, transport, itineraries, and run-sheets for retreats and events.
- Break long-form content into 12 modules × 4 micro-weeks (48 units) for course packaging; assemble assets and ship product pages.
- Deliver video content including 2-minute sizzles, 6–12-minute shorts, 60–90-minute documentaries, and docuseries using AI-assisted production.
- Manage the social and community content calendar, creation, growth loops, live coverage, moderation, and reporting.
- Operate the CRM (GoHighLevel), managing funnels, products, calendars, automations, deliverability, memberships, data hygiene, and attribution.
- Recruit and enable ambassadors with kits, track performance, and run incentive programs.
- Qualify and handoff leads, maintaining clean notes and clear next steps.
- Provide executive support by actioning voice notes quickly and preparing briefs and follow-ups.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years in community management, events, marketing operations, and content production/post.
- A proven video portfolio (sizzle, short, long-form); strong story sense; expertise in Premiere / Final Cut and AI tools.
- Hands-on GoHighLevel experience with funnels, products, automations, memberships, calendars, and LC Phone / SMS.
- Social content production at scale using AI; platform-native fluency in FB / IG / YouTube / TikTok / LinkedIn.
- Experience in event and retreat logistics, vendor management, and contract and budget literacy.
- Fast, clear English communication; high empathy and service orientation.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: USD $1,200–$2,200 per month (experience-based).
- Performance incentives up to $800 per month for KPI over-performance.
