Responsibilities
- Manage and implement the organic social media content schedule across all active platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Create, run, and improve email marketing campaigns and automated email workflows.
- Assist with on-page SEO tasks including metadata optimization, internal linking strategies, content outlines, and keyword performance tracking.
- Prepare briefs and oversee content development in collaboration with a freelance writer.
- Help develop and maintain HubSpot as the primary CRM, including setting up marketing automations, lead nurturing sequences, social media scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Assist in designing landing pages and coordinate A/B testing efforts with the UX/UI designer.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance analytics reports from social media platforms.
- Coordinate requests for visual assets with the UX/UI designer for use in social media, email, and advertising campaigns.

You will work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager and report directly to them, collaborating with a UX/UI designer, a freelance content writer, and a part-time media buyer.
