New Era Technology is seeking experienced Full Stack Developers with strong expertise in Spring Boot for backend development and Next.js for frontend application development. The selected professionals will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing applications aligned with both business and technical requirements. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy owning features end-to-end and working in a collaborative, cloud-native, and modern engineering environment.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and work within microservices-based architectures.
- Ensure backend performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications using Next.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, and modern UI libraries.
- Collaborate with UX and product teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Ensure end-to-end application performance across frontend and backend layers.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.
- Follow best practices for secure SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and documentation.
What We're Looking For
- 6–8+ years of hands-on full stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java 8+ / 11+.
- Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, JPA / Hibernate, Microservices.
- Solid hands-on experience with Next.js.
- Solid hands-on experience with Node.js ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of frontend fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- Familiarity with authentication and security frameworks: OAuth, JWT.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP – preferred).
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with GraphQL, Redis, Elasticsearch.
- Exposure to monorepo structures, NX, or micro-frontends.
- Proven experience in performance optimization at both backend and frontend layers.
