Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Full Stack Developer - Associate to contribute to robust software solutions in a fully remote, dynamic environment. You will work across both front-end and back-end technologies, helping to create seamless user experiences and develop various aspects of our applications.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of software applications to ensure seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable software solutions.
- Work with databases, server setups, and APIs to support application functionality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute innovative ideas.
What We're Looking For
- Up to 5 years of experience in software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working with databases, server configurations, user interface development, and application lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end languages/frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of code quality and security.
