Hire Overseas is looking for a Full Stack Developer to build and scale a fast-moving tech product through high-quality, AI-assisted development. You’ll work across backend and frontend systems, taking on tickets from smaller features to complex builds.
What You'll Do
- Implement features and fixes across a modern stack: TypeScript/Node, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate development while maintaining quality.
- Start with smaller tickets and scale up to complex builds.
- Maintain autonomy in implementation with clear ticket context, plus collaborative support when needed.
- Ensure code is efficient, maintainable, and scalable.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering team to refine requirements and deliver quickly.
- Balance speed with reliability in production deployments.
- Contribute to improving development processes, tooling, and AI-assisted workflows.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
- Strong TypeScript skills, plus comfort working with Python, PostgreSQL, AWS.
- Proficient in AI-assisted coding and familiar with tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
- Able to take tickets with minimal context and execute at a high level.
- Highly organized, self-sufficient, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
