**We're bringing the energy transition to apartment buildings — roof by roof!** Solar energy is booming - but so far, it's mostly single-family homes that benefit from affordable, green electricity. Apartment buildings? Not so much. Only about 1% currently have solar panels in Germany. We want to change that - and we need you to help bring affordable solar power to thousands of people! **Your mission** You're a builder. As a founding engineer, you will build our tech team and software platform for tenant electricity from the ground up. You have deep technical expertise, work lean, ship fast, and take on versatile tasks with full ownership. You know exactly when it's time to create a scalable product and when "vibe coding" is perfectly fine. You're not just shaping the codebase but also defining the technical vision of our product. We support property owners and installers throughout the entire journey, from planning and implementation to operations. Our innovative software ensures transparency across all stages, visualizes energy data, and automates billing. We're Jasper and Leo, the founders of Dach für Dach.
