Responsibilities
- Design, construct, and manage complete applications for AI-powered financial offerings.
- Develop expandable backend systems and APIs to facilitate smart processes and automated choices.
- Produce user-friendly, efficient interfaces that display intricate data and allow engagement.
- Engineer frameworks for live interaction among users, data inputs, and AI elements.
- Collaborate with research and ML groups to embed AI functionalities into live systems.
- Set up and sustain channels for collecting, handling, and organizing both structured and unstructured financial information.
- Aid in launching and running AI-enhanced features and operational sequences.
- Define benchmarks for testing, visibility, tracking, and dependability in all apps and services.
- Enhance system efficiency, growth potential, and ease of upkeep.
- Assess and incorporate new tools in AI, software development, and financial systems.
- Keep updated on advances in large language models, agent structures, fintech, and contemporary web designs.
- Participate in technical debates and influence engineering standards company-wide.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid — Remote, NYC
Other
- NYC-based employees must work onsite two to three days weekly.
- Staff in LATAM and Europe need to align with Eastern Standard Time, ensuring a five-hour overlap.
