Remote Talent LATAM is hiring a Full Cycle Recruiter to focus on sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent in digital marketing, operations, and creative roles for US-based marketing agencies. This is a results-driven, remote role requiring specific expertise in recruiting across Latin America.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to 50 passive candidates daily.
- Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience by keeping candidates informed and engaged.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Advise hiring managers on best practices and provide market insights.
- Facilitate regular communication and updates with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and sourcing trackers, ensuring 100% compliance with QA standards.
- Track and report KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years sourcing and recruiting Latin American talent for US companies.
- Skilled in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Expertise in structured behavioral interviews to evaluate technical and soft skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with clear, professional communication skills.
- Deep understanding of marketing roles.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to track and report KPIs.
