SNOCKS GmbH is looking for a Frontend-Webdeveloper (CRO/Shopify) to build and expand our in-house expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization as a Conversion Engineer. You will technically implement online experiments to elevate the customer experience to the next level.

What You'll Do

Technically implement A/B tests and experiments in close collaboration with UX, Design, and Analytics using tools like Kameleoon, VWO, Convert, or Optimizely.
Rapidly prototype test variants using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (e.g., landing page elements, CTA changes, layout tests).
Optimize loading times and test performance, including avoiding flicker effects.
Debug and perform quality control for active tests across various devices and browsers.
Integrate tracking events via Google Tag Manager and collaborate with the analytics team.
Optionally integrate and adapt Shopify apps or third-party scripts in the context of optimizations.

What We're Looking For

Proficient in HTML (Liquid), CSS, and JavaScript with a good eye for frontend.
Experience with A/B testing tools like Kameleoon, VWO, Optimizely, Convert, AB Tasty, or similar platforms.
Understand the basic principles of User Experience and know how to make hypotheses technically testable.
Work in a structured, test-driven manner with a good understanding of data and user behavior.
Fluent in German and English.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Shopify and/or Google Tag Manager.
