TensorOps is hiring a Frontend Software Engineer (Digital Consumer) to build and maintain air up's customer-facing systems, including the ecommerce platform and new digital experiences. You'll be part of a mission-centric, cross-functional, and remote-first software delivery team.
What You'll Do
- Be part of a cross-functional, mission-driven, and self-organizing delivery team.
- Develop and maintain user-facing features.
- Pair up with other engineers and designers to work on other parts of the stack as needed.
- Together with designers and product managers, create an amazing user experience that translates effectively into web concepts.
- Focus on delivering solutions optimized for web performance and accessibility.
- Implement animations using CSS whenever possible, favoring performant, native browser capabilities over JavaScript-based solutions.
- Help advance the state of frontend engineering at air up.
- Constantly learn and improve yourself and everything around you.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent web development skills, especially in CSS/Tailwind/animations, with at least 3+ years of professional experience.
- Deep understanding of web technologies and modern web development.
- Experience monitoring Core Web Vitals and incorporating them into development.
- A strong commitment to code quality and fostering good engineering practices.
- Strong alignment with agile values and principles.
- A humble, open-minded, communicative attitude and ability to play well with others.
- A BSc in Computer Science or a related field, or an intriguing reason for not having one.

- Previous experience with Vercel.
- Previous experience with React & Next.js.
