Laravel is looking for a Frontend Product Engineer to join our AI team. You’ll build ambitious projects with a focus on React and a product mindset. This role involves shipping features at startup speed, building complex React interfaces, and connecting with users to improve our products.

What You'll Do

Ship production features at startup speed, owning frontend implementation from concept to deployment and moving from prototype to production in hours or days.
Build complex, delightful React interfaces by working closely with our UX designer to implement sophisticated user-facing features with beautiful and scalable UI components.
Own technical excellence by profiling and optimizing performance, architecting scalable frontend systems, and maintaining high code quality standards.
Connect with users by embedding with our community to understand their workflows, identify pain points, and translate learnings into product improvements.

What We're Looking For

Strong frontend craft in TypeScript, React, Inertia, and Tailwind, with a keen eye for interaction design, motion, accessibility, and visual detail.
A track record of independently driving features from idea to production.
A portfolio showcasing high-quality, well-designed, thoughtful experiences.
A small obsession with helping users succeed.

Nice to Have

Experience as a former founder or early engineer who’s built a product from 0→1.
A bias to action, taking ownership, and never settling.
A love to win and proactively share demos.
