Requirements

Strong frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript)
Experience with React or similar frameworks (we use Solid.js - easy to learn)
Obsessive attention to design details and spacing
Ability to work independently and ship fast
Comfortable with rapid iteration and experimentation

Nice to Have

Experience with Solid.js, Zustand, or similar modern tools
A/B testing and growth experimentation background
Design system development experience
Education or impact-focused product experience
Familiarity with accessibility standards

Compensation

Salary: $100-180K cash, and meaningful equity (flexible for exceptional candidates). Equity: Competitive early-stage equity package
