Ruby Labs is hiring a Frontend Developer – Billing Platform

WinTech is looking for a Mid-Level Frontend Developer to join our team and build performant, scalable, and user-friendly web applications for our billing platform. You will work with React.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and the modern frontend ecosystem as part of a cross-functional team.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain features across multiple web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Create reusable UI components and design systems aligned with modern web standards and responsive design best practices.
• Implement and maintain effective state management for complex frontend workflows.
• Optimize components and pages for speed and scalability, including code splitting and lazy loading.
• Manage dependencies and custom shared packages using NPM and modern tooling.
• Work closely with Backend Developers, QA, and Product Managers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests for frontend components using modern tools.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and consistency across the codebase.
• Maintain documentation for features, components, and development guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Frontend Development, with proven hands-on experience in React and TypeScript.
• Deep knowledge of React.js and its ecosystem, including hooks and functional components.
• Experience building web apps using Next.js and routing.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with modern frontend tooling.
• Understanding of modern UX practices and accessibility standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Comfortable working in a remote, async environment with a distributed team.

Nice to Have

• Previous involvement in the development and maintenance of billing systems.
• Contributions to open-source projects or NPM packages.
• Experience using NoSQL databases.
