CNH Industrial is hiring a Software Engineer – Front End to join a highly skilled software team developing the next generation digital platform for customer outreach and engagement. You will collaborate closely with product management, UX designers, and developers to design, build, test, and deploy innovative mobile and web applications.
What You'll Do
- Work in a team or individually to design, develop and test software for cloud, web, and mobile.
- Design, develop, test, and document quality software to meet user and functional requirements within specified timeframes and in accordance with coding standards.
- Generate rapid prototypes for feasibility testing.
- Adhere to prescribed development systems, processes, and procedures to ensure efficient, effective, high-quality delivery.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Perform tasks as specified by the Delivery Lead/Team Lead.
What We're Looking For
- 6–7+ years of hands-on experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js.
- Strong proficiency in modern CSS styling, responsive design, and building reusable UI components.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following industry best practices.
- Ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to handle tasks end‑to‑end.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proven experience with HTML5, CSS, SCSS, Webpack, ES6+, TypeScript, React with Hooks, JSX, Redux, React Router, and Axios.
- Good working knowledge of CI/CD environments (preferably Azure DevOps), Git or similar configuration management software.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Next JS.
- Experience with using Sitecore MVC and Sitecore JSS.
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering from an accredited university.
