Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to guests and visitors, creating a positive first and lasting impression.
- Guide guests through digital check-in and in-stay features, helping them make the most of a modern hospitality experience.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, text, and live chat, resolving requests with accuracy and empathy.
- Maintain high standards of service by addressing special needs, managing complaints, and escalating when necessary.
- Support property operations through routine checks on housekeeping, inventory audits for linens and supplies, and coordination with maintenance.
- Assist leadership with administrative tasks to keep daily workflows running smoothly.
- Ensure public and behind-the-scenes areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
- Travel between local properties as needed, maintaining consistency in service and operations.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles within hospitality, hotels, or service environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect confidently in person and through digital channels.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish for clear communication with diverse guests.
- Comfort using multiple digital platforms and adapting quickly to new tools and systems.
- Ability to stay organized and focused while managing competing priorities.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds when handling supplies.
- Reliable smartphone and transportation for daily movement between sites.

Work Environment
