Responsibilities
- Drive the architectural strategy across our web applications
- Advise the Head of Frontend, Heads of Engineering, and the CTO to improve both the platform and the overall organizational structure
- Work with one of our dedicated domains on feature implementation
- Communicate and keep stakeholders informed throughout the process
- Collaborate with our Mobile and Web Architecture teams to ensure strong cross-platform synergy
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Web development (React, Angular, etc.) and are a JavaScript and Front-End expert
- deep understanding of client-server architecture in web environments, with a proven track record of architectural impact
- communicate effectively and confidently with leadership (CTO, VPs), positively influencing strategic decisions
- mentor developers and demonstrate strong technical leadership
- experienced working with large codebases and live production applications
- proficient with Git and version control tools
- experience managing and deploying production releases
Nice to Have
- experience with Swift or Kotlin
- worked on cross-platform development (React Native, Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform)
- actively contribute to community or open-source platforms
