SAP Software Solutions is hiring a Front-end Developer on a contract basis to lead the upgrade of our user interfaces to align with new company-wide CSS standards. You’ll join our Business Applications and Technology team, helping shape user experiences that touch over 20 industries.
What You'll Do
- Perform unit, integration, and regression testing to validate the compatibility of new CSS releases with current applications.
- Enhance the usability and visual appeal of applications, ensuring they align with new CSS standards.
- Collaborate with graphics and design teams to bring the user interface vision to life.
- Address and troubleshoot UI issues or bugs, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency of web or desktop applications.
- Adopt a streamlined approach to make timely adjustments to the UI as new CSS standards are launched.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with a global development team to ensure coding standard compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in UI engineering and web development specifically related to CSS.
- Proficient knowledge of modern CSS standards.
- Proficient in software versioning tools (Git).
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote working environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering delightful user experiences.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Nice to Have
- Understanding of backend tech (Java, Spring Boot) to facilitate full-stack collaboration.
