audibene is seeking a Freelancer (m/w/d) Customer Service Inbound to provide exceptional support for a telecommunications partner. This role is part of a large, dynamic service team where you will handle customer interactions directly, ensuring quality and satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Communicate with customers professionally, empathetically, and with a focus on solutions.
- Carefully document all interactions in the CRM system.
- Accept and, where possible, fully process incoming calls to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Proven customer service experience.
- German language proficiency at a C1/C2 level.
- You must be a freelancer with your own invoicing process.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- A stable internet connection and necessary hardware.
- Residency in the EU (excluding Germany).
