The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis is looking for a Lohnbuchhalter/in (m/w/d) to independently manage the creation of salary and wage statements for our clients. This full-time position offers you the flexibility to choose between working 100% remotely or in our office, supported by a modern and professional team.
What You'll Do
- Independently prepare payroll and salary statements for our clients
- Act as the primary contact for clients, health insurers, authorities, and employees
- Maintain master employee data and handle reporting and certification processes
- Contribute ideas to streamline and digitize workflows
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in payroll and salary accounting
- In-depth knowledge of tax and social security law
- A preference for independent, precise work
- Motivation to take on responsibility in a modern environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with Agenda software
