hey contact heroes GmbH is looking for a Freelancer (m/w/d) Customer Service to support a leading experience provider. This 100% remote role, based within the EU, is the first point of contact for customers. You will deliver product consultation and support through inbound calls and emails.
What You'll Do
- Provide general product consultation, sales, and individual advice on client offers and services.
- Support new and existing customers, conducting needs assessments for products.
- Process incoming calls and emails efficiently.
- Act as the primary point of contact for our client's customers.
What We're Looking For
- Meet the prerequisite to work as a freelancer.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Your place of work/residence is in the EU or you will be moving there soon.
- Very good German language skills (C1/C2 demonstrable).
- An independent way of working and high reliability.
- A workplace that is not visible to third parties.
- A desk, an office chair, and required hardware: two monitors, mouse/keyboard, webcam, headset.
- A stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbit/s (via cable).
