Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Zendesk Consultant - AI Trainer to improve Generative AI models for specialized questions and complex reasoning. You will collaborate on projects to train AI by defining logical sequences, test cases, and optimal agent behaviors within the Zendesk platform.
What You'll Do
- Review pre-generated intents and transform them into a logical sequence of agent steps.
- Define a test case: dialogue flow including user request, intermediate steps, and the agent’s final response.
- Create a Golden Path: the optimal sequence of tools the agent should invoke.
- Write User Agent instructions to ensure consistent and correct automated behavior.
- Contribute to projects that match your technical skills, on your own schedule, from coding and automation to fine-tuning AI outputs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration and/or any relevant area.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, including Zendesk admin and configuration.
- Zendesk experience must include: Setting up ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automation; Managing groups, roles, and permissions; Configuring multiple departments or business units within a single Zendesk instance (multi-brand / multi-department setup).
- Advanced (C1) or above level of English.
- Ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
- Must have a laptop, internet connection, time available, and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
