About the Role

A typical project might involve:
- Code generation and razor-sharp code review
- Prompt evaluation and complex data annotation
- Training and evaluation of large language models
- Benchmarking and agent-based code execution in sandboxed environments
- Working across multiple programming languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Rust, SQL, etc.)
- Adapting guidelines for emerging domains and use cases
- Collaborating with project leads, solution engineers, and supply managers on complex or experimental projects

Requirements
- A Bachelor's in Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Ruby, hands-on expertise with Ruby testing frameworks (RSpec, Minitest, Capybara) and automation tools
- Proven track record of using, integrating, or tutoring AI/ML or LLM-powered testing/coding solutions in Ruby projects
- Code review experience is non-negotiable
- Hackathon or competitive coding experience? Total bonus points
- Advanced English skills (C1 or above)
- A learning machine who can pivot between tasks and tackle complex guidelines with enthusiasm
- Remote-ready with just a laptop, solid internet, available time, and a hunger for challenges
