Mindrift is hiring a Freelance Python Test Framework Specialist (AI Trainer). This role offers project-based technical work with leading tech companies, focused on testing, evaluating, and improving AI systems through a variety of engineering tasks.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate cross-language migration workflows by analyzing C, Rust, and Go codebases to create behavioral tests and migration stubs.
- Design and implement black-box functional test frameworks using pytest and uv for native CLI projects.
- Build reproducible Docker evaluation images and CI pipelines for agent evaluation, handling secure workspace setup and git submodule integration.
- Apply professional judgment to assess AI responses.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years in software development, with at least 5 years of experience in Python.
- English proficiency at the B2 level.
- A stable internet connection.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with C, Rust, or Go, or the confidence to read this code with the assistance of an LLM.
